At yalladiamond.com (SMC Pvt Ltd), we strive to deliver all digital top‑ups instantly and accurately. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon successful payment, our refund policy is limited. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

All sales of digital goods (in‑game currency, coins, diamonds, vouchers, subscriptions, etc.) are final and non‑refundable once the order has been processed and delivered. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have provided the correct Player ID, username, or profile link, and that the delivery is your responsibility.

2. Exceptions – When Refunds Are Considered

We may issue a refund or credit in the following exceptional cases:

  • Technical Failure: If our system fails to deliver the product within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway glitch, we will refund the duplicate amount.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that does not match your order (e.g., wrong game, wrong quantity), and you report it within 2 hours of delivery.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase
  • Incorrect Player ID or username provided by you
  • Delay caused by the game publisher (e.g., server maintenance)
  • Discrepancy in exchange rates or third‑party fees

3. Cancellation Policy

Before Payment: You may cancel your order at any time before completing payment. No charges apply.

After Payment: Once payment is confirmed, the order enters our automated delivery system. We cannot cancel or modify orders after payment because the product is usually delivered within minutes. If you believe you have made an error, contact us immediately – we will try to assist, but we do not guarantee cancellation.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, payment method, and a clear explanation of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your case and respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For Easypaisa/JazzCash, funds will be returned to the same account. For credit/debit cards, the refund may take 3–5 business days to appear in your statement.
